Gabrielle Giffords, a former congresswoman shot and wounded more than two years ago, urged support for background checks on Wednesday.
She and her husband, Mark Kelly, spoke at a gun control rally in Tucson, Arizona, the same place where an assailant shot her in the head.
Kelly said his newly formed gun-control organization is sending a letter to U.S. Sens. John McCain and Jeff Flake, both Arizona Republicans, urging them to support background-check legislation.
I did NOT bash her. And her agenda is her newly formed gun control organization!!!!!
Woopidy do. You don't think that the mass shooting lately, of which she is a part of, has anything to do with that?? Would you rag on the Sandy Hook parents or the Aurora parents as having an agenda?? Get real.
And in my view Gabby Giffords is no longer a victim she is a SURVIVOR! And she wouldnt have been had she not been a strong woman or a forever victim!
Who better qualified to speak out against gun violence?? Cut the semantic labels.
Woopidy damn do yourself! Im enti tled to my opinion the same as anyone else. And you can pass a thousand laws but if they arent going to be enforced than its a waste of time.
I dont need a troll to tell me how to talk or what to think @ art of conversation or JR rather!
chrissy just keep being you my dear.
Ty @ s kel, im trying my best darlin! Some days it aint easy.
@ s kel, you understand what i meant about the difference between being a forever victim or being a survivor dont you? Wth wants to always be remembered as a victim anyway? Makes ya feel like a wimp and she isnt!
