Police: Suspect in N.Y. shootings dead

A long standoff following a deadly upstate shooting spree is over, and the suspect is dead, police say.

Kurt R. Myers, 64, was dead after he and an FBI tactical team fired shots in a building where Myers was hiding, New York State Police spokesman Lt. Jack Keller said.

Myers is suspected of killing four people and injuring two others in a 10-minute shooting spree in Herkimer County, New York, on Wednesday morning, state police said.

Good job, and they didn't burn the building down.

Here's a helpful hint for today from
    Martha Stewart.

A little lemon and seltzer will remove
those pesky ink stains after you've
    been fingerprinted.

Now our friend is giving us helpful hints. Lol! I was fingerprinted a few weeks ago for my profession and they did it digitally. No icky fingers. Now if the FBI would get going on my background check, I will be good to go.

As for this shooting spree and deaths, what's new?
Guns and violence would prevail. Perhaps thats how we Americans are.

Those who live by the sword die by the sword. Herkimer is ground zero for gun nuts and home of Remington Arms which manufactures and spews forth the instruments of death Governor Cuomo seeks to reduce. There's no need to have guns ans society would be a better place if the sick and deranged gun nuts didn't have access to the tools of death. Governor Cuomo has an excellent record on supporting women's reproductive rights.
