4 dead, mosques burned in Myanmar

A dispute between a Muslim gold shop owner and two Buddhist sellers erupted in clashes that left four people dead, at least 20 injured and four mosques burned to the ground in central Myanmar, police said Thursday.

The clashes began Wednesday morning in Meiktila Township after a quarrel between the shop owner and the sellers, police said. The sellers were beaten up by four other Muslim shop owners, police said.

In retaliation, Muslims and Buddhists took to the street, torching each others' houses and schools, said Police Lt. Col. Aung Min.

. But if the enemy incline towards peace, do thou [also] incline towards peace, and trust in Allah: for He is One that heareth and knoweth [all things]. (SURA 8. Anfal, ayat 61)

They but wish that ye should reject Faith, as they do, and thus be on the same footing [as they]: But take not friends from their ranks until they flee in the way of Allah [From what is forbidden]. But if they turn renegades, seize them and slay them wherever ye find them; and [in any case] take no friends or helpers from their ranks;-(SURA 4. Nisa, ayat 89)

Except those who join a group between whom and you there is a treaty [of peace], or those who approach you with hearts restraining them from fighting you as well as fighting their own people.

While monks are peaceful and non-violent people, they still are infidels. Qran (9:5) says: "Fight and slay the infidels wherever you find them?" Muslims found and killed infidel Buddhist monks in Myanmar.

@chrissy - You hit the nail on the head. Muslims do what Qran says.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Pakistan. Pakistan has shown the entire Muslim world how to treat those non-Muslim infidels. When any Muslim sees a Buddhist monk, he should think of what Pakistan did to Daniel Pearl. God speed.

@banasy - Good afternoon, banasy. How are you? Will you go to the mosque on Friday? If so, I would like to join you there. Birds of the same feather pray together.

@Mary - Great, ole friend. I would love to join both of you for a quick prayer in the mosque. Don't be fooled by my name... I am the same person as you (just a different alias). It will be fun to pray together in the good ole mosque.

Oh, did I forget to mention (again) that Osama did not die in Pakistan? Pakistan shelters and takes care of its terrorists very well. Pakistan guarantees safe stay for all Islamic terrorists, or else your money back!! American would like you to believe that Osama was killed in Pakistan. Are we to believe them?

Allah forbids you not, with regard to those who fight you not for [your] Faith nor drive you out of your homes, from dealing kindly and justly with them: for Allah loveth those who are just. Allah only forbids you, with regard to those who fight you for [your] Faith, and drive you out of your homes, and support [others] in driving you out, from turning to them [for friendship and protection]
