Rockets from Gaza hit Israeli city

Two rockets from Gaza slammed into southern Israel on Thursday morning, as U.S. President Barack Obama prepared to leave Jerusalem for Ramallah for meetings with top Palestinian Authority officials.

One of the rockets landed in the courtyard of a house in the city of Sderot, but no casualties were reported, Israeli police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said.

    The radical factor amongst the palestinians are doing eveything in their power to prevent the creation of a palestinian state. President Obama goes there to confirm they deserve their own ident ity and they lob rockets into Israel. The powers of the Palistinian Authority need to do everything in their power to rein in these rotten apples if they're to have any hope for a state of their own.
