Atlanta schools' ex-chief surrenders

Beverly Hall, the former superintendent of Atlanta Public Schools, was among the educators who surrendered to authorities Tuesday after being indicted by a grand jury in a cheating scandal that rocked the district and drew national attention.

Hall resigned from her position in 2011 after a state investigation into large, unexplained test score gains in some Atlanta schools.

She has denied any role in the cheating scandal.

    Y'all must have some strange schools in your area cuz ive not noticed the things youre describing. Here you have to know the things you learn in 1st and 2nd grade BEFORE you can even START kindergarten! And it doesnt get any easier the older you get either. High school is not a walk in the park!
