Marriage equality bill OK'd in Uruguay

Uruguayan lawmakers have approved a same-sex marriage measure, leaving just one step - the president's expected signature - before such couples can wed in the South American country.

    So all they need is one guy to do the right thing. The president's signature! So silly, some times some rules and laws seems silly.
