Global warming is extremely likely our fault

The world's getting hotter, the sea's rising and there's increasing evidence neither are naturally occurring phenomena.

So says a report from the U.N. International Panel on Climate Change, a document released every six years that is considered the benchmark on the topic. More than 800 authors and 50 editors from dozens of countries took part in its creation.

The summary for policymakers was released early Friday, while the full report, which bills itself as "a comprehensive assessment of the physical science basis of climate change," will be distributed Monday. Other reports, including those dealing with vulnerability and mitigation, will be released next year.

Obviously, having a mother as a teacher doesn't mean a whole lot if her son is suffering from beaucoup idiosus.

You already know my analogy. An 8oz. drinkin glass represents earth. The top rim of the glass represents land, especially shorelines, New York, L.A., ect.. You load the glass 3/4 full with snow cone ice..we'll call this the polar ice caps, then fill the rest of the glass with water. Now. Set the glass on the counter, with the thermostat jacked up to 80 deg.. Sit and stare at the glass, along with the heat "you" turned up on it. YOU show ME where the water runs over the top of the glass killing millions of people. Well?

SARCASM ALERT. Gee I didn't know they had solved the fundamental problem of not having detailed weather data for the first 5 billion years of Earth's history for a comparison. I wonder how they managed that.

Sarcasm off. We'd better hope they are right, because then we can avert disaster by reducing emissions. If they are wrong, and this is mostly natural, then we are done. One thing mankind has done very well over the millennia is ADAPT.

Scientists recently proved liberals came here from Mars, citing 2 pints of water exist in every cu. ft. of soil. They came here to forage and screw Earth

Oh, revisionist history is fun! Now you know, Jeff, that someone will read this and think it's truth because "everything you read on the internet is true!"

Some say the environmentalists have no power. I say "fluorescent light bulbs." They use nominally less electricity that standard bulbs – that's good – but home lighting is a very small percentage of total energy use. And the fluorescent bulbs use much more energy and material to manufacture. And they contain mercury so they are hazardous waste. But the environmentalists managed to use their power to ram them down our throats. For their next trick they'll shut down factories and put thousands out of work.

How many rabid enviromentalist do you have in Alberta, Canada, anyway? And how many incandescent bulb factories there?
I have my doubts that this is Bombo at all.

So says the UN investigative panel, with the same credibility as the guy on death row proclaiming innocence. Man made global warming is a hoax. Did neanderthals cause the ice age? This report ignores the "inconvenient truth" of fifteen years of cooling – they were so adamant that the science was complete, so insistent that disaster is upon us, and so vehement denouncing criticism of their theory that they cannot concede that the critics were right. Besides, there are billions of dollars at stake for "Big Global Warming" corporations like Al Gore's company, and research grants for the scientists.
