Michigan militia - The son of a militia leader, arrested late Monday, is due in court today. He is one of several members of a self-described Christian warriors group who face federal charges alleging that they were planning to kill a Michigan police officer and plant bombs at the funeral to kill more cops. Health care - President Obama plans to sign into law the health care reconciliation bill at 11 a.m. ET Tuesday. The bill includes changes Congress recently passed to health care legislation. The signing marks the second and final signing of major health care reform, the president's top domestic policy.
Northeast floods - The Northeast is bracing itself Tuesday for a new round of flooding as a slow moving storm system readied to dump up to 6 inches of rain in some parts. The rain, expected to continue for the next three days, may push some already swollen rivers in New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts over their banks.
'Dating Game' killer - A convicted serial killer who appeared as a guest on "The Dating Game" is scheduled to be sentenced at 1 p.m. ET on Tuesday. Rodney James Alcala was convicted of killing four women and a child in California.
