World update: Iran nuclear negotiator heads to China

An update from London on some of the stories we expect to develop on Thursday:

Iran-China nuclear - Iran's top nuclear negotiator heads to China to discuss the country's nuclear program.  And it has been announced that Chinese President Hu Jintao will travel to Washington next month for a summit on nuclear issues. Read full story.

Dagestan bombing - A car exploded in the southern Russian republic of Dagestan late Wednesday, killing two men and wounding another, Russian state-run news agency Itar-Tass reports. 

Schools burned - Militants torched five boys' schools and several other buildings in northwest Pakistan Wednesday, an official said. 

India education -  A new law takes effect in India that makes education a fundamental right for every child.  An estimated 8 to 10 million children between the ages of 6 and 14 do not attend school in India.

Beer caning - A Malaysian model who was sentenced last year to six strokes of a cane for drinking beer in public has had her sentence commuted, her lawyer says.

    Wow great news and unexpected news given how we have been ruffling the feathers of the next rising Super Power. Maybe China is ready to take the reins of power and lead.

    dont believed in china total non nuclear for iran is the best china if they want is capable of restrainint thier people not to engage in total nuke war withany country they love thier race the only thing that they cant accept is the truth that we need to live in a peasful world that is for old quards ist just like a chess game but they are lagging in to much for thier desire, if not for the us n they regard them as the most favored country they are still going to propagate comminism, let us lift that and u will see his true face towards the world then n then u we can decide if we wan to keep this world

    Well, look into the mirror...Americans are the pioneer of matters like this...If aiding Israel in encroaching into Palestine is moral to you why not this one ??
