Michael Jackson's doctor to return to court

Michael Jackson's last doctor may learn Monday whether his California medical license will be suspended while he faces trial in the pop star's death.

California's medical board will ask the judge to order Dr. Conrad Murray not to practice medicine as a condition of his bail when he appears in a Los Angeles court Monday.

When Murray pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter in February, a judge prohibited him from using any anesthesia on patients, but he refused the prosecution's request to suspend Murray's license.

The state is trying again with a new judge in charge of the case.

Why did we not see mugshot pics or Murray in handcuffs? Why does he get special treatment? Love you Michael!

I can't believe Conrad is getting off on manalaughter charges and not murder. It's evident that he killed michael. Talking about "biting the hands that feed you". What a character this conrad. he should not even be called Dr. because a Dr. 's hypocritcal oath was "Do no harm". If he didn't harm to Micheal well, who did?? And him trying to cover his tracks by stopping CPR long enough to hide evidence. it was one thing to give him all those others meds but the last straw was the fatal dose of profonol. He knew Michael had all those other drugs in his system already because he administered those to him, and then he went a gave him the fatal dose. Who could survive all those meds? I hope he gets what he deserves, if there is a judicial system out there??
