Lawsuit filed against companies for oil rig explosion

A federal lawsuit is claiming the companies connected to an oil rig explosion in the Gulf of Mexico were negligent.

The suit was filed in Louisiana Wednesday on behalf of one of the 11 men missing after the Tuesday night blast.

Transocean, Ltd., which owns the rig, and BP, PLC, which operates the license on which the rig was drilling, are listed as defendants.

A spokesman for Transocean did not immediately return a call requesting comment.

Disgusting, ambulance chasing, slop faced pigs. These attorneys are the only Troglodytes worse than Wallstreet bankers. They apparently know who was at fault before the experts do. I guess they couldn't contribute to the world as real attorney's. Just a bunch of microcephalic cretin's, allowed to continue breeding!!!

The oil companies and drilling contractors are cut from the same mold as the coal mining companies, except their slogan is not just run coal, but drill baby drill.
