Obama meets with Supreme Court candidate

President Barack Obama has started meeting face-to-face with possible Supreme Court nominees, including talks Thursday with federal judge Sidney Thomas, a senior administration official told CNN.

Thomas serves on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and is from Billings, Montana.

The senior official would not disclose the other recent meetings, but acknowledged the activity is a sign that the process has reached an important new phase and Obama is edging closer to a selection.

So I wonder who Obama will nominate? Another jurist who believes cases should be decided on skin color and ethnicty? Or maybe someone who thinks that capitalism should be outlawed? No matter who it is, rest assured that he/she will be as far left ideologically as possible.

David, if you're talking about Sotomayor, then you are ignorant. Do some research before you spout off nonsense. But then again, I'd be a moron to expect a bigot like yourself to ever have the impetus, let alone common decency to actually research a topic before making a completely uninformed and aggressive political comment. There's just far too much hate in your racist little heart.

I eagerly await Obama's next candidate, replacing Stevens will require someone very special.
