Judge: Accused milita members can get bond

Nine people federal prosecutors say belong to a "Christian warrior" militia can be released on bond until the criminal charges against them are resolved, a judge has ruled.

A federal grand jury has indicted the nine on charges of seditious conspiracy, attempted use of weapons of mass destruction, teaching the use of explosive materials and possessing a firearm during a crime of violence.

This is a joke, right? You don't think Islamic radicals would get out under the same conditions? All they need to do is find the same ambulance chaser and his partner on the bench. It's embarrassing to be from a country that considers this to be a "liberty" that should be afforded to terrorists.

Typical...Now I am a bad guy because I want to see things done in a way that the US Const. and the US legal system dictates that it should? I am sorry but I don't advocate violence in any way, and I don't own a gun, but the laws of my land are the laws of my land...And if your from the US they are your laws too.

they are letting them out because they have nothing on them... because they didn't do anything wrong. all they did is throw some heater rhetoric on a website... no plan, no recon, not even serious discussion about doing anything wrong. This is how it starts, and before long, it could be any of us.

"THEY CAME FIRST for the Communists, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Communist.

So if these people go out and kill a police officer or other people can this judge be held responsible for their crime as well, as a co defendant therefore get the same judgment at least life imprisonment if not the death penalty.

IN response to comment 17 – and so many others over and over again – the term antichrist – is not found in the book of Revelation – ever! The whole concept has been so twisted over the years and repeated by people that have never really read the Bible – that this fallacy has been raised to the level of an accepted fact.

The Term "antichrist" only appears in 1 and 2 John – and it refers to anyone that is against Christian belief, not a specific individual "...even now many antichrists have come" (1 John 2:18).

If you want to make comments – please be truly knowledgable and accurate about what you say – otherwise we get all kinds of name calling rhetoric that perpetuates fallacies, rumors and myths.

A "Christian warrior" militia ... hmm, sounds as plausible and as useful as those "Christian pedophiles" of the Catholic priesthood.

Yes you r a bad guy because you would let a bunch of psycho wierdos out on bond just to hold up a law written for a culture that existed some 200 hundred years ago. Grow some thumbs then evolve your ideas. I'll be waiting up the path for you. I'll be the one twiddling my thumbs. Lol!!!

Having read your comments let me share with you how the people that were there neighbors feel!

The Sandusky man lives about 150 foot in my backyard . Many elderly in this park now have fear and want to know how to protect themselves.

I wonder if the judge would have ebonded them out if they were his neighbors.

    Very scary for us here!

    Thanks judge

Oh David...come off your little high horse before you get a nose bleed. Having all the facts has never been a pre condition of a discussion of any sort. You much be very young or very full of yourself or both.

Bill O'Reilly will publish the judge's name, address and phone number so real Americans can communicate how they feel about this kind of touchy feely coddling of Muslim Terro...what's that...you say they were Christians...oh nevermind, nothing to see here.
