Five headless bodies found near Acapulco

Police in Mexico's Guerrero state are investigating the killings of five men found decapitated near the resort town of Acapulco, authorities said Saturday.
The men were between 20 and 30 years old and were found in a car in the region of Costa Grande in the subdivision of Tamarindo, less than 3 miles from Acapulco, Guerrero state police officer Jorge Tellez told CNN.

All five showed signs of torture and their bodies were riddled with bullets, police said.

Three of the men were killed Friday, investigators said. They did not know when the other two died.

All were Mexicans, according to Guerrero state public security and civil protection spokesman Arturo Cuellas.

Three of the victims were identified as Jonathan Gomez Tellez, Jose Pastor Valencia and Osiris Villanueva Vargas. Police are working to determine the identities of the two others.

Guerrero state police said they did not know the motive of the killings.

Guerrero is in southern Mexico and is contentious territory for drug cartels. The state is near a major drug trafficking artery for such drugs as cocaine, which flow through Central America from Peru and Colombia.

When God's kingdom totally rules over the earth, there will be no borders, and only those who want to do the will of God will be His subjects here on Paradise earth. Doesn't that sound like a good plan?

#1: For all you judgemental people posting your opinions about the USA and the drug problems here and blaming everyone you possibly can....Take RESPONSIBILITY!! Take your kids to rehab, it wasn't the mexican people shoving the cocaine up their noses, or making them smoke the marijuana! This article has absolutely nothin to do with the United States of America. It was a article about how 5 unfortunet men had their heads cut off...for what reason we don't know.

If the rancher was black would obama have already done something? obama is treating the illegals like they are victims not the ones who are killd by them daily! If they were clean and not criminals why are they so scared to get background checks and become legal like every1 else?

I saw that somebody said to legalize and tax. Good idea. Draw them out and tax the living daylights out of them for the thousands of dollars myself, and fellow Americans have paid for them to be here.

they should microchip all the illegals they deport so we will know that they won't come back and use more drones on the border and last but not least, legalize in a couple of states that have the worst drug problem as an experiment and see if that works out..

Immigration is almost always a matter of economics. People want a better life for themselves and their families and they ARE going to try to go where that is possible. Many complaints Americans have about Mexican illegals, are the same complaints people in southern Mexico have about Guatamalans and other Central Americans coming across the southern border of Mexico. They're taking our jobs, they work for less, they need to stay in their own country, etc...Everybody blames the United States and the immigrants themselves, why doesn't anybody place blame where it belongs: the government of Mexico and its inability to provide for its people? If people are fleeing your country in droves, there's something very wrong.

Drugs being sold to just middle & rich Americans?? I think not, just as many if not more of the poor are addicts paying for their habits with disability/benefits/etc for which tax-payers foot the bill.

Five less criminals to capture. I really don't understand why the American media is so devoted on tarnishing Mexico's image. I own a condo in Acapulco and life couldn't be better. Tourists in Mexico are as safe as in Orlando or Sydney. Never seen or heard a single shot, just the waves during the day and the party at night.
