If Obamaman and the idiots at teh Federal level would get serious and DO SOMETHING about the problem, then Arizona and other states would not have to.

Obama has no ballz just like the other Presidents before him and this is why we are in such bad shape.

Zalek, how could you possibly prove that supporting lawbreakers is unpatriotic? I am sorry, but if you are REALLY PATRIOTIC, you support the laws of the country. There are no civil rights violations going on here, just an attempt to uphold the law that says you need to come to this country legally. EVERY COUNTRY in the world has immigration laws. What is your deal about the US having their own immigration laws and what the heck is so unpatriotic about enforcing them?

Misdirected is the President Obama . I just wonder how much litter , garbage ,water and energy the 20.000.000 millions of illegals produce in the States? It will be better for the environment if they send them back to they respective countries of origin. No amnesty at all .If you have yours papers in order why are you afraid of? Go into a plane you have to have proof of ID, if you travel by sea you have to have proof of ID, If you travel by land you better have proof of Id.etc.,

I have a tip for the readers: If you see postings by people who do not know how to write in English ("our boarders", "their criminals", instead of "they are criminals", "amnisty", etc.) you can bet your salary that the author is in the anti-Hispanic quarters.

Let's be clear. The commission of an actual felony is not actually required in order to impeach a sitting President, but if Sestak's allegation is true... and if Barack Hussein Obama's fingerprints are all over this offer... THAT'S A FELONY... and drawing up Articles of Impeachment against Barack Hussein Obama becomes a NECESSITY.

According to Judge Andrew Napolitano with FOX News: "Federal law makes it a felony to offer 'anything of value' to an official of the government in return for a decision in your favor by that official of the government; it is called bribery."

And Congressman Darrell Issa is also pushing the matter. He's called on Attorney General Eric Holder to appoint a Special Prosecutor to investigate the allegation; but Holder is essentially ignoring the request

This Bill will end up displacing a high number of working families who have already settled here. This in itself is inhumane and immoral. On the other hand, illegal immigrants who account for many violent crimes and gang members numbering in the thousands need to expelled never to re-enter the US with any legal permission. There needs to be some kind of control that allows the productive ones to stay, and to kick the criminals (felons) out. What is surprising is that there are laws that do protect the borders, but they are not enforced.

NO there does not need to be a seperation of the good or bad, if they are here illegally....that makes them bad. Yes some of the people who come over here are hard workers trying to support thier family, I send nothing but respect to those people, but if you are working it is a lot easier to obtain a work visa than if you are not working. All you have to do is apply, get the process started at least. That is all I ask of anyone that is not here legally, I don't care what country you come from.

You're right, and Bush's immigration proposal in 2007 addressed your ideas and it never got any traction. In looking at it from Arizona's perspective, they (as are all the states) are part of a republic and have (supposedly) state sovereignty. I did not care very much of Massachusetts passing their 'gay marriage' bill, but it is their right as a state. Arizona has the right conversely, to vote in tangible pieces of legislation that protect their citizens AND what cirriculum to teach, at the public level, their children.

I don't think inhumane and immoral are the right words. I would say unfortunate at the very least, and really, I don't want to see that happen either, families displaced. But some of them have had years to try to get the process started in becoming a citizen. This is very unfortunate, but to put it harshly, they should take their just due and start the process. It's inhumane that THEY put themselves in that predicament and it would be IMMORAL if we let one group of people get away with breaking laws while the rest of us have to follow our laws all the time.

It doesn't matter when a family came here. The law is the law. Break it and go home. I am so sick of my tax dollars supporting illegals who don't pay taxes!!! You want to live in the U.S.? Apply through the proper channels. You may or may not get in, but that's how it works for everyone trying to get in the U.S.

      Jessica,
Have you read the Arizona immigration law? You compared Arizona to Nazi Germany? My guess is that LEGAL Arizona residents won't be sending illegal immigrants to the ovens anytime soon. Nor will they shoot them, hang them or perform tortuous medical expirements on them. I recommend you study the immigration bill, compare it to Federal law and then interview legal residents who support the Arizona law. After having done that, perhaps your opinion will sound just a tad more intelligent.

I am sorry Jessica....I am not quite sure why wanting EVERYONE to follow the rules/laws of the US is racist? Maybe you can explain that thought process to me. Why is it so wrong to want everyone to follow the SAME rules? If you are here illegally, then you are here ILLEGALLY, which means you have broken the law. If I break the law, then I get into trouble. Why should it be any different for illegals? Please explain this to me?

You should be a little more specific when you say "ALL YOU RACIST". You say you are here legally, if so then you know how easy the process is to get started. And again I say GET STARTED, I know it is not an easy thing to finish, it takes time and dedication to complete the nationalzation process, all I ask...all that I have ever asked is that they start the process.
