Van der Sloot attorney resigns
Joran van der Sloot's Peruvian attorney has resigned from defending the murder suspect, the attorney told Peru's Foreign Press Association Monday.
Earlier, Maximo Altez Navarro told CNN that he didn't want to be van der Sloot's attorney anymore.

Anyone who would defends this guy would be a fool.... He is giving everyone the run around.
i would be his attorney! and i havent even got a juris doctorate. Its a simple case.... you just have to show that he was damaged and scared by the false accusations of whats her name in that other nation. When this gal went snooping in his private stuff she falsely leveled an accusation at him that caused such anger that he acted out of rage. Its a perverse sense of a self fulfilling prophacy. My "client would admint guilt' but press for leaneancy because of the trama that he recieved in his past. A false accusation can haunt someone and cause PTSD for years.... thats how i would swing this.. i could get him 2 years in jail under light security if it was played right. (give me money so i can bring in experts that would support my arguments and its a done deal... the key is make him the victom of imperialist americas blood hunt for anybody who hurts a blond white girl.
if you play it right as a lawyer you can become more famous than your client.... think of scott petersons lawyer...
The attorney was probably getting death threats- the whole country of Peru hates van der Sloot, I doubt they will like anyone who represents this dbag. Who could blame them?

He is in Peru. He did not have Miranda rights, nor the other list of rights criminals receive in America. He lied, probably to his own attorney or possibly said something to the attorney that put the attorney in a tight ethic spot.

Has anybody seen how the citizens of Peru treat the criminals, he's lucky that he's in jail , some of these people take their justice into their own hands (brutal).
As the father of two teenaged daughters, I would gladly offer to pull the switch or give the injection to this evil person.
there is no death penalty in Peru, BUT you could turn him loose the people of Peru, that is just the same as giving him the death penalty
You can be certain that the "switch" or the "needle" won't have time to find their way into this man 's life – he will be dead within a week of being in the main population. A cute, young, white, rich Dutch boy who murdered one of their own beautiful senoritas? Ha ha ha ha ha. He should be so lucky to have a switch or needle end his life. He will get what he deserves. Rightly so.
He will be killed while he is in jail, and he knows this. He needs to be placed in a suitcase and thrown into the ocean.
Sounds like his Peruvian lawyer set him up for failure..
