Court rules Bobby Fischer's body can be exhumed

American chess guru Bobby Fischer shakes hands with chess master Boris Spassky before their match in 1992.

Iceland's supreme court Thursday ruled in favor of a request by Jinky Young, the alleged daughter of Bobby Fischer, to exhume the chess master's remains, Young's lawyer told CNN.

This is so he can play one last match against his pal, Boris Spassky, who obligingly always loses to Bobby. Fisher never had the guts to play against other world champions.

Here is what the "journalists" at CNN DIDN"T REPORT, SHAME ON CNN

01.04.2010 – After his death on January 17, 2008 an Icelandic court awarded Bobby Fischer's estate to his wife Miyoko Watai. Then Marilyn Young, Fischer's "Filipina live-in partner", filed a claim on behalf of her eight-year-old daughter Jinky, who she says was fathered by the former World Champion. Now it appears the case will be settled by the disinterment of Fischer's remains for DNA testin

She sounds like a golddigging bloodsucker. Unless she was born legitimate I don't believe that she should inherit anything or have any say in determining paternity.

Did you not see the picture of him with Jinky and her mom. The girl knows him and lived with him. Put two and two together before you flap your gums with insults.

I apologize and take that back. Those nine-year-olds can be such gold-digging bloodsuckers. A street urchin had the audacity to ask me for FOOD the other day. The nerve.

A paternity question this many years after the fact is not reasonable cause to disturb a persons remains. If her mother slept around then at this point it is her problem. Find out who else was doing mommy dearest and get paternity tests from them. Process of elimination. If there is no match then it's either fischer or mommy is lying. Deal with it. This is no reason to exhume a body.

What a world you live in. You must be terrified of death knowing you will be laying there under the dirt hoping someone will disturb you! Disturb a corpse. For heaven's sake what century are you living in?

First of all, there is no evidence that she "slept around."

" If there is no match then it's either fischer or mommy is lying."

Well either/or will definitely settle a paternity case, now won't it you low-grade imbecile?
