Holloway, Flores families in touch over possible case links

Missing Alabama teen Natalee Holloway's mother talked to the family of a murdered Peruvian woman whose case may be linked to her daughter's, the Peruvian family told CNN sister network In Session.

Beth Holloway gave the Flores family her "sincere, sincere condolences" when they spoke for the first time Wednesday, Enrique Flores told In Session's Jean Casarez.

Flores's sister Stefany was killed May 30. Joran van der Sloot, who is being held in connection with the killing, was twice arrested but never charged in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in 2005.

    Hopefully Peru authorities will be very cautious with this idiot. He is conniving how to get out of Peru prison and go for the comfortable like home prison in Aruba, I do not trust those LE in Aruba, specially with Anita there trying to manipulate her past glory when her husband was alive. Urine speaks fluent Spanish, he is keeping that assasine's company from Colombia of all people. The Flores family are influential in their country, I hope Mr. Flores press the authorities, Urine HAS to complete his sentence in Peru, then U.S. for extorsion, and if they do not have Natalee's remains proved by DNA, no deal for this killer whatsoever. Aruba should carry this shame forever. These two families did not deserve all this heartache and pain, God be with them!

    this is another sad case he should be put away for the rest of his life if you ask me cause these young ladies did not deserve this he is a monster he should get 70 years for the both of them and as he have e nerve to laugh he is a sicko ! he need the death penalty or be done like the man in utah in a firing squad he deserve every thing he gets !

    We should not expect any help from Aruba in this matter. The aruban Gov. has already shown that they are biased and stupid for allowing this idiot to go free to kill again. I say throw him to the wolfs in the peruvian jail and let nature take its course which we all know what the outcome will be. AND EVERYONE EVERYWHERE SHOULD BOYCOTT ARUBA FOR LIFE Hopefully URINE (AND I BORROWED THAT FROM LOTUSJANL) won't get any more special treatment in the Peruvian jail after he is sentenced. I'm sick of hearing how he's being protected from whatever. Lets let the games begin... NOW! WE ALL KNOW WHAT HE DESERVES!

    Well Joran, I hope you start learning some relaxation techniques-and I don't mean yoga. I do mean, relaxing the ol sphincter muscle. Next time some one mentions "A blown O-ring" or yells, "Fire in the Hole", they are talking about you dear boy (soon to be girl). This is a perfect example of "reaping what you sow". Sadly, it took the lives of two beautiful women, a "Keystone Cops" episode (Aruba style), and letting a madman run amuck, to finally stop this Death Tour.

    Well one thing is for sure. He’ll become somebody’s girlfriend in Castro Castro Hell’s Jail. The inmates will be happy to hav’em..
    I can only picture the inmates doing a raffle with Urine VDS as the only winning price. And everyone with the same winning numbers and claiming their price. odd..? Oh well, let’s look at the bright side, he’ll never suffer from constipations or push hard to take a dump.
    Another thing. To kill, he was a big tuff guy, and now on video he looks like little P…Y
    That is the picture for next 20yrs.
    Maybe he’ll learn how to treat women 101 while in jail. ooppss ma’ bad!
    There are no women in that prison…

    I hope justice is served for both these young girls! This guy is one dangerous sociopath who kills on a whim with no conscience.He should be incarcerated for the rest of his life or he will just get out 35 years or less from now and kill again! If he had one shred of human decency in him he would reveal where Natalie's body is so her family can have closure.The Aruba justice sytem failed miserably when it came to this sociopath and coddled him likely bc his deceased father was a judge on the island! My grandmother always use to say what goes around comes around -its just too bad it had to be with the killing of another young lady! Lets hope this sad excuse for a human being is NEVER released!

    I don't why I actually feel sorry for this individual. His father is gone and by his death this man went crazy. Feel he needs. HELP! Jail will not help. If he is locked up in a place like that he will kill or commit suicide. Good Luck. You will need IT:)

      Natia77, You failed to mention how many of those "missing" kids are kidnapped and killed? By strangers? How many are actually found safely? I know these stats too, so please don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. I'd rather have my kids play in the front yard in America than just about any other country. Here are the FULL stats:

      340,000 of those "missing" cases had benign expalnation, such as the child being at friend's house
      360,000 were runaways or child leaves home without permission and stays overnight or child is prevented to get back home
      62,000 were lost due to getting lost, stranded or injured and were unable to make contact with their care taker
      56,500 were taken by family members in violation of custody orders (ie disgruntled non custodial parent)
      12,000 were abducted by strangers for 1 hr but less than a day
      115 were actually a stereotypical "kidnapping", where a stranger takes the child and holds him/her overnight. Of those, 35 are confirm killed, 5 still missing.

    Boycotting Aruba is ridiculous. People are not aware that when Natalie went missing all goverment employees were given a couple of days off to just look for Natalie.
    There is a section off the coast of Aruba that is is very rocky, has a very rough surf and full of sharks. Van der Sloot probably took Natalie there and fed her to the fishes. No one could have ever found her once he threw her in.
    It is wrong to say ban travel to Aruba. The people of Aruba abhor Van der Sloot, abhor what he did to that girl, the suffering his actions have caused Arubians.

    Boycott Aruba? Could anyone be any less uncritically thinking than to even suggest such a thing? How about this for a boycott: a forced boycott of one Young Idiot Sociopath Multiple Murderer (who only HAPPENS to be Dutch - could have hailed from anywhere) from the rest of society...preferably the Earth and life in general as we know it. That would be the only boycott that makes any sense whatsoever.
