Mexico asks court to reject Arizona immigration law

Mexico on Tuesday filed a brief in federal court in Arizona supporting a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of a tough new immigration law, Mexico's ambassador to the United States, Arturo Sarukhan, said on his Twitter account.

Oh, this is rich. We should file a lawsuit in Mexican courts against whatever stupid crap they're doing down there that turned their country into such a radioactive trainwreck that people are actually willing to die to escape from it across the border.

The goverment HAS to do something because if they do not then the people of this country, that are here legally, will eventually see this administration, and any who follow, as completely incompetent and they will take matters into their own hands. This is called anarchy. The feds must act immediately to bring justice to the American public or they will be responsible for those who act out on their own behalf to bring justice. It is only through the failures of leadership that anarchy is possible and this administration is proving they are no more competent than the last at dealing with illegal immigration.

I got a great idea...so many here are saying that half the problem is that the USAs need for drugs keeps the drugs coming across the border. Well, if thats the case, then instead of send all of our drug offenders to our jails sucking off the public tax payer let just send them all to Mexico. If all the drug users are down there then there won't be any need for the drug cartels to get their products across our borders.

Drug users have quicker, cheaper access to their drugs.
Cartels won't be coming up here as much...they can save boat loads.
Our borders would be much safer...and cheaper to protect.
Our jails will be free'd up from all the drug related felons...reducing the inmate costs dramatically.

Do you think Mexico would accept this deal?

Simple economics: In Mexico, Mexicans get paid 4 cents American (I'm just being an ignoramus I don't know the actual number). In America, illegal Mexicans get paid 50 dollars American a day (same parenthetical as before). This is in part our weak enforcement of labor laws. If one's contracting business, maid service, fruit plantation, or human footstool business were to be investigated by Big Brother, on a massive scale, this would not be an issue (well it probably still would be). The point remains however, if you can find every American employer who is paying them under the table, or even every cop who has foiled every drug bust ever, then this is always going to remain in our society. We are partly to blame for this tragedy of the commons because the only reason they would stay in our country is the almighty dollar.

That said, the actual "article" is a joke. Does anyone in America care if Mexico asks our courts to rejects Arizona's law? No, because Arizona's law and the Federal Government's law are very, very similar.

One thing I don't see people mentioning... illegals are not just breaking one law...MOST ILLEGALS HAVE TO BREAK MANY LAWS TO BE HERE. If they get an id, they have to provide false information to obtain it. If they use a SS card, they have to get a false one. If they file taxes they have to provide false information. If they enter into any type of contract they are providing false information to obtain the service. If they vote its voter fraud. If they get welfare, student loans, or food stamps they obtained them with false information. All of these are civil or criminal acts. Some are state and others federal. It is not just about some one selling drugs or committing street crimes. Any legal citizen could face jail or prison time for these acts.

Time to get rid of the dirty, filthy roaches that do nothing but breed and live off our handouts. Its simple to solve. Just like we get rid of the little roaches in our houses, we can get rid of the big roaches in our country by drying up their sources of food and shelter.

    Easy solution:
The US should look at Canada's system to reduce (eliminate) illegal immigration. In Canada, if an illegal immigrant was to provide a fake Social Insurance Number (like SSN in the US), it would only take until the first payroll submission to the Canada Revenue Agency and he would loose his job. In the US, the IRA knows when a fake SSN is used, but keeps collecting taxes from illegals, and at the beginning of the year, sends illegal immigrants their tax statement with a note saying there is something wrong with their SSN and provides them with a temporary number to file their taxes. In Canada, there is no demand for illegal workers, so there is no point for them to come. But Canada needs more workers, so the Canadian government issues temporary working permits for qualified workers, so now they get the worker they need (just as much as the US), but they are not illegal anymore. Once their contract expires, they go back to their country or get another work permit if another company or farmer needs them.
Stop hiring illegals and they will stop coming. Once you find out that Americans don't want to clean toilets, pick tomatoes, do yard work, then issue work permits to Mexicans who are hard workers and need the job, and Americans can go to University to get the better jobs. Everybody wins.
Since people are already mentioning drugs and violence, I will offer two more tips.
Stop buying drugs, and the Mexican drug cartels will run out of business (I would be happy with that). They have many customers.
Violence. They weapons used by Mexican drug cartels are all coming from the US. Supposedly you can't legally buy those weapons in the US, so that means Americans are selling them illegally.
Mexico makes a far bigger effort to stop drugs going to the US than the US to stop weapons from going to Mexico.

Why does everyone assume all illegals are from Mexico? None of this is racial profiling. I don't care if you are black, white, hispanic, yellow, blue, green or whatever. All that american citizens are asking is for any immigrant to follow our federal immigration laws.
