Mexico asks court to reject Arizona immigration law

This country was based my ancestors coming here legally, learning the language, getting a job, pay their share of taxes(NOT LOOKING FOR A FREE HANDOUT) and abeying the laws of our land. The doors are open if you come here legally. Come here to steal from what I worked hard for all my life and disrespect my country and your ass will be shipped back over the border.

We are at WAR with mexico and its invasion army. You heard a HIGH School Teacher in LA Pledge his Alligeance to Mexico. MORE MEXICANS MEANS MORE CRIME, DRUG CARTEL. Consenting age of mexican girls is 12 years old, thats raping a child.

Hmmm.....and we care about what Mexico thinks of our laws ? Please, I lived in Europe for 5 years and was asked for my passport and visa quite frequently. No big deal at all ! First their President goes before our congress and insults us and now this ? And we won't even start on Mexico's immigration policies. This is getting out of hand completely and is absurd. In a recent poll of LEGAL immigrants to the US, 87% agreed with AZ's policy. They had to do it the right way, so why shouldn't anyone who wants to come to our country ?

I am boycotting any travel to Arizona and anything to do with Arizona. This law is discriminatory and stupid. I am glad Bill Maher gave Arizona the prize of the most stupid state in the US!

Think people, this law will only take away your liberties. It does not help with illegal immigration.

Luis: since you can't or won't discuss the issues surrounding illegal immigration without stooping to the race card then all I can say is SHUT THE F*** UP! There, now I feel like a liberal.

How can there be so many people with the same opinion that seems to be opposite from the government's stance? The government seems to be way off the mark here. Our taxes are really high all ready and they're only going up. Why should I have to pay for illegal immigrants, too? Let them come in through the proper channels. It seems as if Mexico's response is an encouragement for them to cross the border. Where is Mexico's encouragement to it's people to stay in their country, love their country, support their country, make their country a better place? Instead it appears as if the US is being admonished for protecting its citizens. Local Arizona laws support federal laws. What's wrong with that? Why should we treat Mexican immigrants any differently than immigrants from other countries?

What right does Mexico have to challenge any of our States' laws? Last I knew, they aren't part of the US or Arizona, and who is the idiot that allowed a foreign country to file an appeal in our courts that doesn't concern the Mexican government? If they didn't allow their own country to remain poverty stricken and crime to run rampant, their people wouldn't be coming here illegally.

dont be mad because employers want to pay an illegal 5 dollars an hour for a job that you would not do at that price. Instead be mad at your Government for allowing companys to outsource the really highpaying jobs to countries like India Pakistan not to mention others. You know you have called customer service lately havent you

As someone who visits Mexico on occasion and lives in AZ, I can tell you what the cops would do to a US citizen or anyone for that matter that does not appear to be a native that they think are possibly breaking the law (after they determine they can't rob you blind) stop detain and make you prove your status (then try and rob you blind again).

Do we have an equal relationship with Mexico? After 1,000,000 of people that look just like me break their laws and INVADE their country, I would like Mexico to provide me with free medical care, teachers that speak ENGLISH for my kids in school, ENGLISH ONLY classes in school and finally, a DRIVER"S license so I can drive around Mexico uninsured.

Will they please get this done before they file suit in our courts regarding laws that have been made by a Sovereign country. Please send me an email when they get this done. Maybe they should focus on the civil war they seem to be losing internally first though.

People from all countries must come to the US legally. That is the law. If you don't like the Arizona law, use the Federal law, it's about the same. If you are illegal, get caught, then you are deported. Our country cannot allow the drug cartels to take over. We must stop them coming into AZ along with other bad elements from other countries. Unless the law gets changed we must inforce the one we have on the Federal books. We need to back the law enforcement people. It's not racism. We cannot go into Mexico without proper papers or we would be put in jail. You complainers wake up, learn the law, or find a place to live that is more to your liking. You won't be missed.
