Judge approves settlement for WTC site workers

A settlement has been approved for more than 10,000 people who claimed injuries from operations at the site of the World Trade Center towers after the September 11, 2001, terror attacks.

    Everyone gets their rights, no matter how distasteful they may be. With even one exception you open the door to a place weve spent 300 years trying to get away from. Him getting his rights is what America is founded on. Now punishment for proven guilt is a different matter. He should get what he gave her, and then more for her family.

    So what if they throw out the interregations. We have videos of the victim entering his hotel room with him, him leaving alone and telling the maids not to clean, and the maids finding the body two days later. Due to constant video recordings, they should be able to prove no one else entered the room. CASE CLOSED, 35 years (maximum sentence), out in 17 unless he behaves badly.
