Van der Sloot claims his rights were violated
Joran van der Sloot has filed a complaint with Peruvian police claiming that his constitutional rights and his right to a defense were violated after his arrest in connection with the killing of a Peruvian woman.

I couldn't agree more with Sean. This guy knows what happened to Natalee Holloway and her parents have had to live with this man walking around free. Now everything is pointing to him murdering this other young lady. (Another life cut short). How many chances are we going to give this guy? How many young girls is he going to have to kill before we consider the victims rights? He needs to remain behind bars. Right where he is!
I think it's sad he killed once and got away with it. Killed again and is about to get away with it. When will he punished!!

I think he'll get what he deserves anway, someday...but it's sickening to see this BS-he learned well from his Daddy. Whom is likely rolling over in his grave now. In that peruvian jail, they are going to violate his right, his left and a lot more than that... he is where he deserves to be. He'll pay for what he's done.
They are keeping him in prison there, but with sissy boys like himself. He would never make it one day in a true prison system.
Maybe his sentence should be decided by worldwide televoting then?
Maybe we should use televoting on everyone accused of a crime?
Maybe we should skip televoting and just put all foreigners to death?

This SOB has manipulated the legal system from the very beginning, thanks to his father the judge. He deserves to rot in a Peruvian prison cell. He talks about "rights", he lost his rights the second he took the life of an innocent person, & now a second innocent has fallen victim to him! I hope & pray Peru doesn't let him leave their country & he gets some of what he deserves from the other inmates! Better yet, throw his naked butt into a fishing net & dangle it over a ship for the sharks to have a feast. RIP Natalee & Stephany
Boy have you got that right !!! I am soooo tired of the creep getting by with so much and lying. He cant keep his stories straight. I wish they would put him in the public and let them do whatever with him ...but wait until after his trial so he cant cry baby about how he's getting treated ..
Please interview and interogate Kalpoe brothers. They know more than their previous admission about Natalie's fate.

He is nothing more than a slug. He deserves to rot away in Peru. He won't last long in their jail. I hope the rest of the prisoners use him as their girlfriend the rest of his worthless life. Murdering pig!
he needs to have the same thing done to him as he did to Natalie and Stephany. I also think they need to track all the places he has been in the past years and see if and how many other young girls are missing.
One thing that does concern me : he had no marks on him , yet Stephany had skin under her nails. What if it isnt his ??? He is surely guilty. He admitted to killing her and did a Scott Peterson , dying hair etc . But what then ??? will they let him off if his skin isnt under her nails ? If so i hope he walks out of jail and bam right between the eyes !!!!!!!!!!!
