Boy walking days after 16 story plunge

Less than a week after falling 16 stories from an apartment balcony, a 15-year-old New Zealand boy was walking around a hospital Monday and was expected to be released later this week, according to news reports from New Zealand.

Jason Epps-Eades, who manages the Proximity Apartments in Manukau City, New Zealand, said the teen plunged through the roof of a parking structure before hitting the concrete below, Radio New Zealand reported, which may have broken his fall and saved his life.

The boy suffered only broken bones and was expected to be released from Middlemore Hospital later this week, Radio New Zealand reported.

According to a report in the New Zealand Herald, the teen stunned his parents and doctors by getting up from his hospital bed and walking on Monday.

Epps-Eades told the Herald the boy plunged 14 stories before hitting the metal-webbed carpark roof in a spot without metal or concrete bracing, which cushioned his fall just enough for him to survive the fall of the final two stories to the garage floor.

Police were called by a resident who saw the teen plunge past his balcony, the Herald reported.

Officials told the Herald they did not know why the boy fell. Inspections found the glass-and-steel balcony to be safe, the report said.

One could say, if he didn't fall, it would've never been a news story, which means this discussion would've never taken place. Who's to say that of the many many people reading over this comment board that one person might not be inspired by an intriguing comment they read, which leads them to read more and do more research about God/Religion and ultimately change their life? Its a stretch but its very possible

I want to give a scientific explanation of what GOD is : Every Human being (will just take humans for now) radiates energy and it can be categorized into Positive and negative force. The spectrum in which the energy vibes depends on the personality (character) of the being. The better the person , the softer the spectrum is ( meaning less heat around). All the good collective forces of all humans are able to link together and form a powerful force and same is the case for the negative energy. Mind you.. both forces are same polarity.. so they dont get attracted . so whenever good wins over the evil, it is primarily because of the positive energy around that place. Also i would like to think that GOD exist because, when you are morally down , the feeling that a higher power exist to save you does more good than thinking that there is no GOD. So, it turns out that faith is the Power of your GOD, irrespective of whom you think GOD is. The greater the faith, the greater is his power. because faith equates to self confidence (faith = moral support = higher confidence). I have tried to explain what i believe in.. Take the good out of this.. and forget it if it does'nt make sense. dont create hate and create more negative vibes around you. you are harming yourself....

there is no such thing as HUMAN force!
forces are 4 : Gravitational, Electromagnetic, Strong, Weak ( last 2 are subatomic, they act within atoms, protons and neutrons to be exact )

      Softer spectrum?
whatever you are smoking, i want some! lol

Horvath: at the sub atomic level, The uncertainty principle suggests that in the spacial time spectrum and within a volume of 10 to the negative 99 cubic cms, enough energy tends to be born provided that it does not become its own black hole and a mass of 1/100,000 of a gram is created for the lifetime of 10 to the negative 43 seconds. Meaning, Yes things get born of nothing at the sub atomic scale.just give science a chance my friend.

While: God knows the future and everyone's path in life and yet He/she is just sitting and enjoying a show that he already knows its end? Yes that makes lots of sense. Long time ago, the Sun was God because it was not known enough, there was God of war, God of love, etc ( Any un known was God and today any unknown is God )
Not one religious book has mentioned one remedy of a killing disease or ANYTHING useful to humanity although "God" is not evil like you guys think 🙂

anyways, i think u get my point..

also, ironic how in all religions the world is defined as being the earth, moon, sun, visible stars 🙂
This is NOT the universe! it is a grain of sand on a beach ! Very political from the authors back then . "Hey lets just make sure this remains correct in the future by playing on words " lol

And that same logic that things can not come of nothing could be applied to the Idea of God!.. so t a moment there was no God and then a minute later ohh Here is God :)??

    lol what a mess!

WOW!! I am sitting here in amazement as I read the article about this young boy falling and living. I cant believe that all cant share the precious joy in this story... A young man lived through this accident, that is what is miracle. I personaly believe in God however all do not and shouldnt we all be able to have our own beliefs and respect that we are all different?

I agree with Holly, be thankful the child lived! But I will tell you this , Haters of God, if there were no God , where did matter come from? That is as basic, obvious and profound a miracle as anything I know of! If there were no supernatural all-powerful God, there would be NOTHING! Because as we all know, matter could not possibly have created itself now, could it? Be humble before God , you will meet Him one day. Gideonsword

In these situations, honestly, let people have their faith and shut up. A boy was nearly killed. They must feel relieved.
