It appears that law enforcement officers are frustrated with the Judicial system. Why are many repeat violent offenders permitted to roam our streets preying on the innocent. Our Judicial system just isn't working period. Who said crime doesn't pay? When criminals are released time and time again on probation or parole with a violent history something is terribly wrong. Laws on violent offenders should be enforced with harsh penalties with no credit for good behavior or completing educational compliance.
