Tiger Woods has worst 54-hole score ever

Tiger Woods blasts out of a sand trap Saturday at Firestone Country Club in Akron, Ohio.

Tiger Woods is stinking up the course at the World Golf Championships – Bridgestone Invitational this weekend.

Woods shot a 75 on Saturday, failing to break par for the third straight day and leaving him 11 over par, his worst 54-hole score since he turned pro, according to

As of early Saturday afternoon, he was 78th out of 80 players remaining in the tournament. South Africa's Retief Goosen was leading at 7 under par.

"I drove it terrible, hit my irons terrible, didn't putt well and it added up to a lot," Woods said later, according to the Akron Beacon Journal newspaper.

To make the agony worse, this debacle is taking place at Firestone Country Club in Akron, Ohio, where Woods has won seven of the last 11 Bridgestone/NEC Invitationals, according to

Tiger Woods appears to be in a depressive state and this is something that may need immediate attention!!! Untreated depression and other emotional issues can affect all areas of a person’s life, his general wellbeing and could become very disabling. People that are closer to Tiger should be aware of this and help him get the treatment he appears to be in need of.

Elin and her kids are going through enough, Tigers kids may see this stuff someday, and they don't need to see or hear anything bad about their dad! They have been hurt enough. No one has a right to crucify Tiger like this except for the people close enough to be personally affected by his indiscretions.
Sensationalism is killing this country, we love to throw stones when we live in glass houses, how about we concentrate on something a little more important than Tiger Woods indiscretions.

Ha ha ha! With all the money Elin is getting, she probably can't even remember his name.

It amazes me how many Tiger-haters there are out there... Tiger has done more for the positive things for the sport of golf than anyone in the history of the game. You people cannot possibly conceive what it would be like to be the recognizable athlete on the PLANET! How many men could possibly resist the temptation of women throwing themselves at you EVERYWHERE you go? The only mistake Tiger Woods has ever made was getting married.

Why do you people care about what Tiger does in his personal life? Are your own lives that boring? I watch this guy solely because he arguably the greatest golfer in the history of the centuries old sport and he does things on a golf course that even Jack couldn't do. I could care less what these politicians, sports figures, and entertainers do in their private life.

Also to David M- Great post

"Johnny Carson once asked Mrs. Arnold Palmer if she did anything special before Arnie played. She modestly responded that she kissed his balls the night before a tournament. I think perhaps, Tiger learned well."

I laughed out loud when I read that

You see Tiger lose but in reality he's winning a very deceiving match, a more important one:

What he's doing now by losing the golf game is actually winning the pity and sympathy of the public. When he's going to reach a complete low in his game, thus a maximum height in public compassion, he will all of a sudden remember how to play good golf.

Think about it, what would people say or feel if he was beating everybody on the tee, after making such a disgraceful family stunt. No one would feel sorry for him, on the contrary..

He'll get back in the game, he's going through one hell of a tough time.
