Iran shows new bomb-carrying drone

Iran celebrates bomb-carrying drone.

Iran unveiled the first long-range military drone manufactured in the country on Sunday, state media reported.

The unmanned aerial vehicle is capable of carrying out bombing missions against ground targets and flying long distances at high speed, Press TV said.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad attended the unveiling of the drone, dubbed the "Karrar," in a ceremony marking Iran's Defense Industry Day.

In February, Iran inaugurated the production line for two types of drones with bombing and reconnaissance capabilities, the semiofficial Fars news agency reported.

Iran has manufactured its own tanks, armored personnel carriers, missiles and fighter planes since 1992, according to Press TV. FULL STORY

I am so scarred for the world. Obama will never drop some strategically nuclear bombs on Iran to stop this, nor will any of his sucessers if he is assassinated, and we cant wait until 2012. I think we must have a coop in America so that people who put America first will be back in control, then Iraq can be eliminated.

If that's a legitimate post from a legitimate person, it's hard for me to believe that that person could even read the article to begin with. Barely literate retards.

I think I agree with the general Internet consensus that the picture in this article is of a TV prop.

You need to realize what you said is so crazy as to be criminal. We cannot drop any bombs on anyone at this point unless you think WW3 is a good idea, then you are crazy.

This Drone is really not a significant weapon at all. The US and Israel are so far advanced in Drone Technology that the use of this is almost laughable. Israel announce a few months ago that their new "Loitering Drone" can remain in an area for almost 20 hours and destroy anything it sees in the air or on the ground. That Drone has a wingspan that equals a Boeing 737 plane and it was flown for reporters at an air base in central Israel. The Iranian Drone was not flown or did anyone have any data as to its capabilities except that they said it could fly 600 miles which means it would not reach any significant area in Israel.

    Regarding Helen...

She's scarred because strategically nuclear weapons (as opposed to non-strategically nuclear weapons) won't be dropped on Iran because Obama won't fly the coop. As long as America is put first we can eliminate Iraq... What were we talking about?

That thing is hilarious! Looks like WW2 Tech to me. We make from cardboard and the scotched tape. It will not fly but look Ahmed put stickers on it.

Man, if something happens with Iran, it could be the thing that sends the jittery markets haywire. I know it would probably cause a ton of volatility, but it’s so murky as to its effect on US markets. Although, on an economic level, the scenario is a bit more ascertainable.

If there is an armed conflict in Iran, either with US forces or amongst themselves due to political unrest, here’s what the economics might look like:

Iran: 1,600,000 km sq, population 66 mill.
Israel: 28,000 km sq; population 5 mill.
I have worked with Iranian engineers, they are very good. Don't let the ayatollahs religion confuse you. For their goals of World Islamic Republic they are willing to go and invest in education.
Remember Soviet Union, their economic system sucked, but their engineers were very good. They put Sputnik in space before US got off it's behind.

As the world has witnessed, Ahmadinejad has all the personal feature of Hitler. there is no doubt that his major purpose is to manage a Nuke to drop on israel, and all in name of the kind of Allah they proclaim.

A Nuke attack against Israel would mean the threshold for the starting of the March of Eastern against Western.

Nevertheless, the world can sleep in peace because rather than he reach his aim Ahmadinejad will be arreted by a gay and a lesbian.

If you would like to know a bit more about this so weird warning, just visit my Ireport posted at Muslim 2010, 3rd page at the latest, or 4rd at the newsiests, where you will find: Brasil: Gay arrest Ahmadinejad, with a help hand of a Dike.

Got there it's worth ones while!

    Thanx.
