The vast majority of shootings in the city are B on B. Bs have developed a culture of disrespect and then wonder why there is a problem. The problem is not with the NOPD, it is with the Single Parent Black Culture. Man up and be responsible for your kid. Take care of his momma and take care of him. Teach him to read. Teach him to work. Teach him to respect other people. It's not anybody else's fault; it's yours.
