I live in dallas and the weather here is terrible. I was watching the news and all the sudden they caught the tornado live on tv. It was pretty crazy.

We're in Frisco and had a tornado warning about 6:00. Went outside and watched it go just east of our house. I think there may have been 2 cells, but not sure.

What a stupid article. EVERY area of Dallas is populated. Do people at CNN HDQ think Dallas is a small country town or something?

I agree with Caroline about the stupid article thing. Approximately 4 million people live in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.
I disagree with Keveninsd though. CNN is the best cable news network around. (most of the time).

Multiple tornadoes in the Dallas area. The one that swept through Dallas was on the ground about 10 minutes. Heavy damage in the business area of Mockingbird Lane/Irving Blvd. area. Funnel crossed over Love Field Airport. Locals still determining areas of damage. No reports of injuries yet. Crazy day of weather – we had flooding earlier in the day!! All this from a tropical storm!
