Murad seems to know it all. Pity he did not tell anyone before–or maybe he really doesn't know anything–just like his so call "proof" citing. Tower is magnet for thieves and other undesirables. Really big and convenient target, so if you want to damage the French ego, no better target. Huh, kind of like the World Trade towers, eh? Murad, tell us what your tea leaves say about this. Or do you have some better source than that you mentioned, because those are all bogus.

I think that's WHY Americans are waking up, because we have been reading it and not just listening to Muslims say "its a religion of peace".

"Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword." Matthew 10:34 (King James Version). Now call whole of the Christian community a terrorist community, as you hasten to call all Muslims, upon the actions of a handful. According to your anology, all of the Christians should be forced to abandon Bible, or ostracized from all peace loving nations.

The quote is not useful when its taken out of context, put it in context and THEN we will decide.

I still see your point though.

There have been plenty of conquerers who conquered under the name of god, same for the muslims. Although the crusades was entirely the fault of the church.

Honestly, the bible has been translated, cut, edited and retranslated so many times that I do not trust it as a source. Even considering that, with the bible, you MUST use the entire passage, not just a sentance or two, in order to give full meaning to a specific sentance. And yes, Christianity did have its violent period during the Middle Ages, when the Crusades targeted Muslims as well as the Orthodox church(Constantinople was sacked by crusading armies). But I judge religions based on how they act during the present. Christianity still has its faults and those who would misuse it, a prime example being that idiot in Florida, who while a fool, did have the right to burn whatever book he wanted. I feel, and see in the news(CNN, FOX and the BBC)that Islam has a higher proportion of those who would use the religion as a basis to advance violent or opressive agendas.

Can anyone explain why most of the terrorist that were involved in 9/11 practiced the muslim religion?
The Al Quaeda is everywhere among the poeple you might work with. All of the greater nations in the world have to step it up or this eifel tower bomb threat will not be the last of threats we hear about. We have to get rid of all of the crazies!

Two people died because a man merely 'threatened' to burn a Koran, and today in France, bomb threats close the Eiffel Tower and a park because of the new burqa/veil ban. Unless we stand up, Islam will eventually destroy us all.

If terrorists are not Muslims or Islamic believers, then what are they? Please explain where they find their translation of the Qur'an.

They can threaten to blow up the Eiffel Tower or whatever they feel will help their cause. So long as all of us continue to give a crap about their cause we are playing right into their hands.I do not condone any of their tactics and have no sympathy for a cause that hurts innocent people to prove a point.

It is about time the "True" Muslims of the world became a bigger part of the solution rather than Defenders of the Faith.

Congratulation for the ban on burkas!!!! Would we, women, be allowed to wear shorts or mini skirts in most muslim countries??? Got to be their ways or we die!!! BTW, doesn't the Koran say "fight and slay the pagans (or infidels or unbelievers) wherever you find them?" (9:5) ????.

I am a peace loving muslim and learned about my own religion and not anywhere is violence ever tolerated in our religion.we do believe in god.why is it in some countries in this world there is no terror attacks and consequently no discrimination against muslims where they live in harmony with other religions.I do believe the terror is brought by islamic extremists but many. Muslims like myself and all of whom I know want to go about our duties without any discrimination and wearing a burka is the same as a nun wearing her clothing or a buddha with their attire
