Right wing rips Obama, GOP establishment

Hotly energized social conservatives took aim at Washington's political establishment Friday, gathering to celebrate a string of GOP primary upsets this year and promising a revolution at the polls in November.

Speaker after speaker slammed the Obama administration for advancing what was characterized as a left-wing agenda threatening to undermine the country's economy, security and moral foundation.

The fifth annual Values Voters Summit, held in the nation's capitol, is a veritable "who's who" of rising Republican stars and possible 2012 presidential contenders: Sens. Jim DeMint of South Carolina and Jim Inhofe of Oklahoma, Gov. Bob McDonnell of Virginia, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, Rep. Mike Pence of Indiana, Rep. Michele Bachmann of Minnesota and former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, among others.

Also scheduled to appear at the two-day gathering is the right's newest celebrity, surprise Delaware GOP Senate nominee Christine O'Donnell.

So funny, how many times will uneducated middle americans fall for the republicans' cheap rhetoric? Wake up! They don't care about you. At least Obama wants to keep the middle class tax cut. Republicans only care about their big business buddies. The deck is stacked enough us regular Americans enough as it is...

Now why would you use Al Sharpton as an example? In other words you're saying why not elect another black man and destroy "way to go's" America. Here you go again, calling yourself out. Look, it would be unfair for me to call you racist because I don't really know, but I don't think you love this country more than anyone else, the only difference is that we want America to be united, balanced, hopeful and great for all.

Oh! We're not mad at success at all because we have our own successes. Of course laziness will get you nowhere, but I hope you're not suggesting that liberals are lazy and "way to go's" folks are the hard working. By the way, I didn't say "all equal" because that is impossible in the literal sense. What I said was "united, balanced, hopeful and great for all", but I know those phrases scare the heck out of you because like I said you want America to only be for "way to go". Go ahead and vote and for who you wish but please, please stop the hate, fear and lie mongering.

I like your last comment better. No it's never been peace and flowers even way before Obama, so I am not under any illusions that it is all flowers now, NO..NO. If you think this admin is a joke, well that's your opinion and I respect that, but when Bush was destroying this country I didn't see any tea parties and that makes me wonder what all of this is about. See that's the balance I am hoping for, and if we could stop taking sides and start caring for what's right for all regardless of politics or race, I think our great country will be even greater.
