Segway company owner killed in accident

The owner of the Segway company has died, apparently in an accident involving one of his upright two-wheeled vehicles, police in England said Monday.

The body of James Heselden, 62, was pulled from the River Wharfe in northern England on Sunday, police said.

A Segway-type vehicle was recovered from the river, police said.

Segways are for lazy people. Get a damn bicycle! Cheaper and more efficient.

I never make humor at someone dying, but this guy went out doing what he put his heart and soul into.

Any1 think perhaps this was all by design? He bought the company then killed himself on one of them? He could have had some sort of Machiavellian-Delorean complex. Just a though. Either way, his plan wasn't that great after all eh?

I dont think it was an " accident" didnt he just buy the company not to long ago? that might be a possible lead. or maybe it was suicide? but why would a 62 year old man with lots of money and a new company commit suicede? i dont know but there are always reasons to explain these sorts of things. but it is very ironic the fact that he is the owner of a Segway company and he died in a Segway accident. but like i said there are so many possiblitys and we may never know thw truth.
