Sources: Possible drone strike in Pakistan kills 8 Germans
Eight suspected German nationals were killed in a suspected drone strike in northwestern Pakistan, two Pakistani officials said Monday.
The strike happened in the Mir Ali area of North Waziristan, the officials said. Missiles struck a building that eight suspected German militants were in,
the officials said.
The eight are believed to have been members of the group Jihad al Islami, the officials said.

It appears people don't understand that we don't just kill "bad guys" and since when do we have the job of "judging" who's a "bad guy", anyway! The hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians, mostly children, that have been killed and maimed as a result of our weapons in both Iraq and Afghanistan are proof that our respect for human life has turned US into the "bad guys". God help us.
Ann, they use women and children as shields, that is why so many die as a result of collateral damage.....at least we try to minimize it....in their case, collateral damage IS the goal....so take your bleeding heart whinning elsewhere.

Another thing Ms. Miller, you ought to quit spewing this 'killed hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians' thing, as it is factually incorrect. All of the studies that I can find on civilians killed by U.S. fired munitions in Iraq and Afghanistan show that at the very least you are off by an order of magnitude. All but a very few of the cases where civilians were harmed, it was because they were mistaken for, or in close proximity to the enemy, and in the few cases where it has been found that they were targeted intentionally the offenders were prosecuted for the crimes.
