Watch the home videos of her high. Howard taking the film is asking her about being loaded. He is trying to get her to confess so he could use it in court. Probably to use in custody battle- child support- huge dollars. Her aying was apart of plan, too- plan A.

Anne Nicole was living with these ghouls. They were plotting this whole thing. They were vulture. See the CNN item about the two girls killed in Somalia, Anne Nicole lived in the same situation, the same type of people- Stern and Burke- same result.

Can you imagine living with people for a long time, all the while they are just methodically poisoning you and plotting your money.

The judge declared that she was not a drug addict. There was no proof because she never had a problem before. We can all guess that she had experience with drugs in her past, but the fact that she never been to a rehab or jail, validates that she would have been a casual partier, at best.

This was murder in the 1st degree. Even worse, because they could have stop anywhere along the lind. They assisted the death of her son, too. Imagine her daughter living with the murderer of her mother. And it is her father. For her mother's money.

Howard K. Stern was (or is still) a lawyer in the Bahamas. To my knowledge, the legal system and any attornys operating there, don't quite gathered the favor of the world's leading Nations. There reputations aren't marketable here in the U.S. I would even say, that the odds are fifty-fifty in favor of Stern and Joran van der Sloot, crossing paths.

I do not know for a fact that Stern has a reputation that would slow his employability based on having worked in the bahamas.

The main reasoning that i have for this that NO worth-while lawyer would EVER go into a situation like this: transporting and administering drugs to Nicole and her son, and, she was a client, too. This what lawyers do in the bahamas? There's nothing right about this situation.

Every lawyer could see that when he was filming her, that he was attempting to entrap her with a confession about being on drugs. That's scary because i think he would have used that for blackmail.

What kind of lawyer gets a client to entrap themselves likd that? What kind of friend does that, being a lawyer, he knows better? Every lawyer, and pre-university law student on the planet can see that! Blackmail, i say. He should be indicted on that evident alone.

@raleigh. This girl was on the short road to self destruction. They knew it and it back fired in their faces. Was she a saint? no. Did she deserve better? yes

Howard Stern set her death up. He is not stupid. He knew the Hotel Casino was under Indian jurisdiction so they would be conducting the investigation.
He overdosed her then he left to go look at a boat. He didn't want to be there when it was discovered she was dead. Not being there makes it appear he is innocent to a degree.
So he left on his way out the door he asked the bodygaurd's nurse wife to look in on her occasionally, saying she was asleep. When a person is sleeping one does not go up and touch them.
So Anna Nicole Smith lay there dead as Howard Stern left giving himself just enough of an alibi to outsmart the inexperienced Indians.
