Gulf Cartel leader dies in clash with Mexican security forces
[Updated at 10:23 p.m.] Three suspected criminals and two members of the Mexican navy died in a clash that also left dead a top leader of the Gulf drug cartel, said Alejandro Poire, security spokesman for the Mexican government.
[Posted at 9:38 p.m.] Antonio Ezequiel Cardenas Guillan, a leader of the Gulf Cartel, died Friday afternoon during a clash with security forces in the border city of Matamoros, Mexico's state media reported.

Another roach will take his place and will off another mayor or police chief. Destroying the narco plantations in South America and Asia will choke off an enormous source of income to the cartels. I'm not buying this Clear And Present Danger charade. The US and Mexico governments must do more.

If our government can spend every $ they have on the military and spend even more money helping illegals here and helping Mexico IF they spend enough our Dollar will be worthless and wont buy expensive Drugs in the marketplace-there problem solved-–and we can keep the cheap illegal "HELPERS" that we let work here illegally and then they will be even cheaper
