Man missing on border lake eulogized in Colorado

Nearly seven weeks after David Hartley's reported slaying on a U.S.-Mexico border lake, family and friends gathered in a Colorado church Sunday to eulogize him as a loving husband and an adventurous free spirit.

Speaker after speaker took to the stage at a church in Fort Collins, about 50 miles north of Denver, to recount stories of the 30-year-old oilworker who always "made the day a lot more fun," as a high-school friend recounted.

"He loved life and lived it to the fullest," his sister-in-law, Tia Young, told the crowd at Timberline Church in Fort Collins. "He was always looking for a new adventure to take with his wife. Now he's taking the greatest adventure of all."

This story is more tangled than a can of worms. I still think he was involved in a little bit more than we know about. Living in the valley an oil worker going into Mexican waters? You can change his name to chum.

hi texmex. I'm from Colorado and Have visited Mexico a few times myself. Not in the past several yrs. though, and for good reason. So yeah, it seems there might be more to this story. I got that same feeling when former Pres. Bush talked about watching the jet hit the first tower. He actually publicly stated that as he was watching it on tV, he thought the pilot was "a bad pilot". The day he said this was the day before video of the first tower being hit was ever shown on tv. creepy eh?

    @ texmix: Chum is right!

@ Phil: Are you sure about that? My family saw video of it on TV the same morning it happened...Please elaborate.

    @ Merle: Where are you?

@Michelle....tv video shown on 9/11 was of the second jet. Video of the first tower being hit was first shown on 9/12. That reminds me of the Pentagon's 9/11 surveilance video that still isn't shown on tv. It took several years, but the Pentagon was forced under the "freedom of information" act to release the vid. They finally did, but it was date-stamped 9/12. Have you seen this video yet? And why not?

If you think she is part of some scam YOU support DRUG CARTELS. US FORCES OCCUPY ALL LAND NORTH OF 19.5 LONGITUDE. Now it will be safe for all. This is the solution.
