I think they should first collect the money, so that they can have a wedding without the British taxpayers' contribution. Unless people want to donate of course.
Be nice if the media used the name she goes by and prefers – Catherine. @Andreas Moser So you feel it's all right for the British taxpayer to make millions off of this wedding but they shouldn't have to foot any of the bill? They can't have it both ways – you want the state event then you have to help, if not then you can't make a peep if the wedding is private and you can't hawk merchandise, see photos or anything else.
