Wikileaks promises massive new document release

The whistleblower organization WikiLeaks indicated Monday that it is preparing to release a new batch of previously classified U.S. military documents.

"Next release is 7x the size of the Iraq War Logs," the group stated via Twitter. "Intense pressure over it for months. Keep us strong."

In October, WikiLeaks released nearly 400,000 U.S. military reports about operations in Iraq. In July, it released more than 70,000 reports from the war in Afghanistan.

Pentagon spokesman Col. Dave Lapan said last month that the Defense Department has been bracing for the release of more secrets by WikiLeaks. Lapan said WikiLeaks has more Pentagon material beyond what the group's founder, Julian Assange, has admitted publicly to possessing.

The military has charged Pfc. Bradley Manning with leaking video to WikiLeaks, as well as downloading documents from military computers while he served as an intelligence analyst in Iraq. Among the documents he is alleged to have taken are 150,000 diplomatic cables. WikiLeaks has denied being in possession of those cables.

Manning is currently being held at a military jail in Quantico, Virginia.

The Stockholm Criminal Court recently issued an international arrest warrant for Assange, saying he is suspected of rape, sexual molestation and illegal use of force.

The fact is many of the people on here on this post are democrat traitors to our country. Pieces of liberal sh/it whose hearts lie with anyone against the republican former president. Fortunately I helped get him reelected.
Meanwhile, Julian Assange is a person every American should be attacking and despising. Yet, you democrats choose to be UnAmerican because you hate George Bush and the War in Iraq.
I got news for you. Maybe you should get your butts to the nearest church and pray every day till Christmas begging for forgiveness.

Who armed the madman Saddam Hussein even after he had comtted major atrocities against his own people? Google the "Teicher Affidavit" and read the sworn testimony of the highest ranking US government official to ever come clean on this subject. As for your Saddam "hiding in a hole" comment...forensic examination of that hole determined it was less than 2 weeks old. If you know the official account (that you mouthed in your post like a robot) then a red-flag should be waving in front of your face upon learning this.

You people are so full of hate. What happened to respecting others opinion?

I have mixed feelings about wikileaks, while it is not a good thing to make known military secrets, that has to be weighed against our right to know what our government is up to. So the question, do we really has a right to know what our government is up to in times of war???

Well, how come we can find saddam in a little as bunker and its been how many years and we cant find Bin Laden. Lets not forget that someone is either lying about Bin laden or he is working with the gov. Julian Assange is a hero and he will deliver to god his people from the ones who makes our nation suffer. why does there have to be some conflict. We have immature leaders who are suppose to be adults. I wonder what they say to their kids when they fight with other kids. go kill'em or make up?
