Federal agents find another border drug tunnel
U.S. authorities say they have discovered another extensive drug tunnel that stretches from a home in Tijuana, Mexico, to San Diego, California.
The half-mile tunnel, discovered Thursday morning in a warehouse in the Otay Mesa area of San Diego, is close to a similar one federal agents found earlier this month, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency said.
In that case, authorities seized about 30 tons of marijuana in what federal agents say is one of the largest marijuana seizures in U.S. history.
Agents have made several arrests in connection with Thursday's tunnel discovery, said Virginia Kice, a spokeswoman for the customs agency.
Federal agents with the San Diego Tunnel Task Force also seized an undetermined amount of marijuana from a tractor-trailer in the area and have found more of the drug in the tunnel, Kice said.
Authorities said they will release more details about the incident at a news conference Friday afternoon.

It's high time to take the U.S. Army into Mexico to battle with the drug cartels! Even the Texas governor said it was time. But that is a foregone conclusion. Things are not getting any better and it may be because Mexico's armed forces may not be strong enough to do the job or the Mexican President does not wield enough power to order that done. At any rate, this is seriously affecting us as per this story. Therefore, it is time to send in our military to stay in the regions most affected and that includes Ciudad Juarez first and foremost. We can no longer just remain complacent with this country being our neighbor just to the South and the drug problem affecting virtually all Americans! Time to ACT Now! Go into Mexico and help get rid of the problem or regret it later on!

ive held down a job ever since i was 14 with the longest unemployment i went through was 6 months so i could get settled at my school and yes i do smoke weed. and i will say there are ups and downs to smoking it. negitives include the following (this is just what i see wrong with it) slight decrease in lung volume, gives you the munchies ( this could be good or bad depending on what your using it for) ,and lack of motivation. and for the pro's the list is very long , but first and formost on that pro's list is the medical use's for it. thousands of cancer patiants could benifit from it. like somone else already said on here. please do some research on the drug before you condem it.

Cannabis does not make you less motivated in general. It simply shifts your focus from what SOME people think your focus should be to what YOU think your focus should be. That is a huge threat to government, religion, and retailers everywhere. THAT is why it is illegal - it's an antidote for the Kool-Aid.
