Willie apparently chose jail over paying off the agents by surrending all his drugs, cash and young women and then disappearing into the night. Business-as-usual sometimes trumps standing on principle. In his defense those tour buses are expensive to replace.

Give me a break. For gods sake it is Willie. This is why they should stop wasting tax dollars and legalize the stuff. I have seen a whole heck of a lot more damage caused by alcohol then weed.

Most of these moran cops also smoke, & I bet, given the opportunity, they also take it from the suspects & pocket it! This goes for the moran officials, too!!! Bet they couldn't wait to annouce their catch. ...Oh! But they r just "doing their jobs". Hypocrites!! Starting with the higher authority.

I saw Willie interviewed and he's not the sharpest tool in the shed. Still, this is a good reason why pot should be legalized. Willie works, doesn't hurt anyone and pays his taxes (I think 😉 ) The govt. has to get it's priorities straight and deal with the real bad guys...i.e. crackheads and illegals.

Texas is proof that Conservatives don't exist. Tea Partiers spout it and having personal freedoms but while this is legalized they are all hypocrites.

  9. Legalize

It's a lot easier to bust someone that smokes cannabis than actual criminals because real criminals might get the cop shot, stabbed or otherwise hurt.

Way to go PoPo! Go for the soft easy bust rather than actually make a difference by taking dangerous people off the streets.

How about lock up Willie? He's breaking U.S. federal law. If he or anyone else doesn't agree with our laws, they can always immigrate to some God forsaken place like Amsterdam, Holland.

Somebody has got to find these people something to do like catch Criminals or something useful and quit wasting taxpayer money on foolishness like this. It is high time to legalize the weed and move on to catching criminals and terrorists instead of making ceiminals and terrorist out of innocent weed tokers. F_____ politicians need thier heads examined.
