At least he was riding on his tour bus and not driving. This guy has smoked so much pot that they should just give him a license to smoke.

    Dear US Government,
Please stop being complete idiots and spend some time doing something actually worthwhile. Thank you.

P.S. – I hope you've figured out that "Reefer Madness" was completely fiction. And propaganda. Created by you. K? K.

OH GOD! They've already put Reefer Madness in the comedy section, how will the fear and ignorance continue to be spread?

Oh, yeah...on here. Hell. Better let a few more child molesters out so those damned pot heads will fit in.

@Saftgek: You obviously have never done the things you claim or you'd know the truth about weed. I've been in the healthcare system and the one thing you can count on is that a person isn't going to tell you they've ODed on meth or crack. They're going to say weed, because that's the closest thing to the truth that'll get them in the least trouble!

pot is not a narcotic it is an herb! all the problems with the economy you would think they would declassify it as a narcotic. It is clearly harmless, anyone one anti-pot is either with government and won't admit they smoke or have never smoked. I believe they should legalize pot and make alcohol illegal, as I have seen both my whole life and pot does not compare to the damage done by alcohol!

I am shocked! Shocked, I say! Are the authorities in Sierra Blanca unaware that pot can be found on Willie's bus, anywhere, anytime? Good grief! Unless he is causing trouble, leave the poor man alone. That is his chosen lifestyle, like it or not. No one else is forced to do the same.

Oh for God's sake.....leave Willie alone. He's been smoking pot now for 60 years and I don't think he'll stop at this point. Pot......big deal.

In the US, the police kill more innocent people, FAR MORE, than marijuana.

    OUT LAW THE POLICE!!!!

And, no, I don't call them except to pick up the body and/or to file an insurance claim!

What a tempest in a teapot! Willie is old enough to do whatever he wants so long as it hurts no one else. This was just a stupid attention-grabbing display from a tiny, tiny little town where police have absolutely nothing else to do. I live in Texas, and I know where this wide-spot-in-the-road is. They truly have no crime. Boredom - DUH! Leave the man alone to live the remainder of his life in peace and let him do his thing. By the way, his "thing" pleases a lot of people!

i agree with your post but ,it wasn't the local cops that harassed him it was the U.S. Border Patrol. the locals i would think would show a little more respect.
