No biggee. He can sing a few songs in exchange for weed in jail. You know the arresting officers are probably selling Willie's weed as I type this.

Leave the poor man alone already! Good grief - if he wants to smoke weed at the age of 77, who cares? Find some real news to report.

It could have been just a misunderstanding. What they got was a years supply of medical marijuana. Maybe, he was smoking it in the wrong state. He thought he was in California.

What a stupid waste of time. Legalize pot and tax the bejesus out of it the way we do alcohol. Our entire society will then benefit instead of just the drug dealers and the law enforcement division of the government.

I'm one of those rare ultra conservatives who think that drugs should be legal. Lock up the violent offenders.

Why do we insist on spending billions of dollars trying to stop people from smoking a harmless weed that grows naturally all over this country? What next Dandelions? Stupid, stupid, stupid and ultimately not doable.

The growing of marijuana for personal use should be absolutely legal. But, it should never be commercialized – selling it should remain illegal. This would put a huge ding in the cartel income and it would keep them from becoming overnight legitimate businesses. It would be a win all the way around for law enforcement, for government, for potheads, and most of all for the lawless towns in Mexico where the cartels have been terrorizing the people.

So, Willy has been caught again. Too funny. The growing of marijuana for personal use should be absolutely legal. But, it should never be commercialized – selling it should remain illegal.
