With the coming repeal of the Pentagon’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy, gays and lesbians will be allowed to openly serve in the military. Some say this is a step toward a national policy permitting same-sex marriage, while others have argued there’s a difference between being allowed to openly serve in the military and letting same-sex couples marry.
President Obama was asked about parallels between the two issues in a news conference Wednesday, but what do you think? Leave your comments below!

If you don't like the idea of gay marriage than don't have one. I don't want a straight marriage myself but I'm not complaining that is allowed.
RE:Jueceman,
He says he is different, your different from whom...there are many millions of black people on this earth, you say your different "but not by choice..." implying gay people have one...since your not an authority on anything...why don't you "quit whining like a 13 year old girl" is that your daughter by the way? There a poor little girl who didn't have a choice...a black bigot nothing new there either.
The real agenda starts. One down, legalization the ultimate agenda. Big surprise there. They dojn't care about the military, just justifying their "lifestyle" as normal as marriage.

I am not a big fan of the gay's, really just the in your face ones. mostly because they are about the most annoying people i have ever met, next to white people who act black. But, who cares if they get married. like marriage is so sacred anyway. people treat it as if its something that can be thrown away at the drop of a hat. I have been married for about 5 years and have two children. I don't teach them to be bigots even if i see things that way, or stereotype people into certain groups. its natural and bred into us to do so. next time your walking down the street and you see a group of thuggish looking black people walking toward you don't tell me you don't feel nervous or want to cross the street.. just saying.
Btw if they come out in the military it will not help them any. they will still be segregated.
«Bigotry is the disease of ignorance, of morbid minds; enthusiasm of the free and buoyant. education and free discussion are the antidotes of both.»
Thomas Jefferson, President of the United States (1801–1809) and the principal author of the Declaration of Independence (1776)
