Mexican town's last police agent kidnapped

The last remaining police agent in Guadalupe, Mexico, was kidnapped last week, a spokesman for the Chihuahua state attorney general's office said.

Authorities are trying to find Ericka Gandara, who was kidnapped from her home in Guadalupe around 6 a.m. on Thursday, Chihuahua attorney general’s office spokesman Arturo Sandoval said.

Her family did not file a missing-person report, but authorities learned of her disappearance from friends.

The town of Guadalupe is on the outskirts of Juarez, a city in and around which two cartels have been engaged in a violent turf war since 2008.

    After following these comment down the line here I thought the story was about phil. Now back to the story what the hell happen to the rest of the cops did they go missing 2 I would have locked myself in a building with no windows and put a big I quit sign on it

      WELL... you would have a tunnel or climb in thru a steel door. and just have a phone to answer calls. maybe have cameras to see the outside? probably wouldn't work anyways..they get you comeing to work or going home..

      all i know is that if i was a cop down there i'd have like three bullet proof vest on and a big insurance policy for my wife and kids.

    My recouning was not just about me. It's about all those whose lives have been disrupted by police brutality and injustice right here at home. You rarely hear of stories like mine, unless they occur outside our borders. It's worse here than people are led to believe. Why? Because this is what happens when police and military forces use the same tactics as the criminals and the "terrorists". When you fight fire with fire, everything burns down.

I to am sick of hearing it's all America's fault, if our gov would grow a set and clean them out our crime rates would drop at all levels. These people are rude,useless,disrespectful,lazy,worthless and the list goes on, they come here for a better life my azz.. They are here because they have ruined their country so now they feel the need to destroy another.. Like the pestalence in the bible, they devouer and move on...
