A hostage situation at a Texas bank ended Friday afternoon with all hostages safe and suspects in custody, said Lt. Onesimo Lopez of the Pearland Police Department.
Lopez said that two armed men had taken an undisclosed number of employees and customers hostage during the bank robbery Friday morning in suburban Houston.
The first suspect was taken into custody in the early stages of the robbery when there was an exchange of gunfire, detectives told CNN affiliate KPRC. The second suspect was taken into custody at the end of the standoff,
police said.

And cops are ok with it too! the populations is ok with it too! They need someone to opress afterall! And media!...

These comments are more entertaining than the story. Keep posting.
My prepaid phone has an ip ? incredible. 🙂 i bet youre all children. go do your home work
All networked devices have IP addresses....computers dont just talk to each other, you have to have something to identify it with. Switches, Routers, you name it, every port on it has an address. Take Cisco classes....you'll have your eyes opened up to what they can track and do.
FYI, this is all freedom of speech. Who gives a crap about IP addresses being tracked. Be proud of being american and exercise your rights, soon they will be gone.
Pearland might as well be Houston. That goes for you holes in Sugarland and The Woodlands.....
IP Address my jock. Ya nasty nut itch!
Guess he didn't like his interest rate.
These people think cisco classes are classes on grease...
What kind of pizza did the robbers get? Which pizza chain is favored by bank robbers in general?
Why are u embarassed to be a Texan? I am a proud Texan. At least we dont kill just because and we have some remose for human life. We are kind hearted and we do what we can help someone out, well al least some of us do.
That's right. I'm not a texan but live here now and for the most part, people are kind, warm and welcoming and holy crap, any texans still have manners.....of course all communities have their bad apples.
Yeah, not to mention you have to have at least an e-mail address to get on this blog & to sign up for an e-mai they ask personal info like name, phone, etc... so think about it @philmedong, you probably think they still can't track you just because they haven't yet but believe us, THEY can do whatever they want (the Government)
To @Havok, why would someone want to waste more than $3 dollars in gas to look for their bank if they don't live close to one?! its not like everyone's bank is on every corner like a Starbucks! so instead i would go stop at my bank on my way home if i knew i needed to pull some cash out so i don't feed the ATM my $3 dollars i could use for other things like gas!
Thank God, the hostages are all safe. Hats off to the Pearland Police Dept., for a job well done. Happy New Year CNN and to all my bloggin' blothers and blisters.
