Boehner takes charge as new Congress convenes

Veteran Rep. John Boehner of Ohio became the 61st speaker of the House of Representatives Wednesday as Republicans officially took charge of the chamber for the first time in four years and dramatically changed Washington's political landscape.

Democrats maintained control of the Senate for the new 112th Congress, but with a reduced majority.

Men cry too. Leave Britney alone!!! Oh, sorry, wrong mindless drivel. I'd post something more meaningful but the CNN moderator limits how much thought-provoking material you can post.

I have posted this already here before You guys should stop complaining because, one the health care we have now isnt as good as it was supposed to be. also the law has just been signed so give it some time. so if u want to say u have the right to choose tell that to ur congress men or state official. If you do not have insurance and need one You can find full medical coverage at the lowest price check search online for "Wise Health Insurance" If you have health insurance and do not care about cost just be happy about it and believe me you are not going to loose anything!

I am now accepting applications (and donations) for the Crying Boys for Boehner Society. I will only accept boys who are not afraid to show their tears in public places. Both genders have tear ducts and we support a boy's right to use his wherever it suits him. Our tears, our choice! I can almost hear the collective sigh of all those closet-criers who have been too afraid or intimidated to cry out in the open. Stand up, boys, be strong and cry along with me. We will unite in our sobbing and bring all the dry-eyed boys to shame for believing in the out-dated notion that boys don't cry. To hell with stoicism. I feel sorry for them one and all.
