Iran rattled by earthquake

A moderate earthquake rattled southern Iran Wednesday morning, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

The epicenter of the preliminary 5.4-magnitude quake was about 380 miles (615 kilometers) south of the capital, Tehran, or 35 miles (55 kilometers) north of Kazerun.

There were no immediate reports of damage.

    can u imagine how insane most Americans may go if our government don't cover up the death of the 5,000 birds, 100,000 fish, and also we had many huge earthquakes last year and a 7.1 on new Years day or eve I believe, I'm actually patiently anticipating the return of my lord Jesus Christ. til then life goes on lol

    it breaks my heart how the world fall to peases in our face and how we know that for centuries weits own keepers have been hurting the planet exployting it (yet we dare complayn) and act like what we do now whont afect our future wich are the ones we leave behind (i feel deeply for all or chilldren)

    earthquakes are scary no matter where you are from. there are fault lines everywhere, even in my city.yours too! just because they are inactive now does not mean they will always be.
