@A Healthy You...if people would just eat fruits and grains in the morning with plenty of live greens in the afternoon, and get some sunshine, they would see those same results. The human body produces a chemical after 20 min. of direct UV exposure to the eye. Sunlight combined with live greens is the only way it can be made, and your body uses this chem. to clean toxins and fat from each individual cell. And this info is free.

Some companies offer discounts to motorists who drive a lower than average number of miles a year. Low mileage discounts can also apply to drivers who car pool to work. "Clearance Auto Insurance" is the place you should be if you need auto insurance at the best price

Congressman Tom De Lay, please rise: Due to the lack of severity in your crime, and your outstanding service to the public, I hereby suspend your prison sentence and order you instead to 105 hours of community service. Thank you.

Sounds like they caught one of the members of the old crime ring. I don't think it has anything to do with being from Texas though, I think it has more to do with party affiliation in this case. He is part of a party that thinks its ok to pillage the average American, keep us in the dark, rob us blind, say your religious, and all the while getting is followers to reapeat the party line of "keep government out of our lives" (its the perfect crime, get some one to not pay attention to you so you can rob them). Wow!

Cesar...you heard wrong. It takes twenty min. of direct UV exposure for the above mentioned process to begin. Many folks, especially those who wear uv sunglasses most of the time, do not get the full benefit. No need to stare at the sun though. (duh)

@thinker...I'm thinking it has more to do with government affiliation. Going to a particular party in Texas might have a little to do with it...but naw. I'm pretty sure it's government affiliation in general. (more coffee pls.)
