Berlusconi rejects teen sex accusation as 'mud'

Allegations that Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi had sex with a teenage prostitute are "mud" thrown on him by political opponents who want to get rid of him, the scandal-prone politician said.

"But this time they've surpassed any limit," Berlusconi said in a statement. "The mud will fall on those who use justice as a political weapon."

The "judicial machination ... will not succeed in stopping us or in taking us away from our commitment to change the country. This time also they will not succeed," he said in the statement posted on his party's website

Sometimes we can ask ourselves how many of these allegations can be true os false. But I believe that to some extend there has to be some truth to what is being said. Politicians are human beings just like the rest of us. And they do dirty things just like us. The only difference is that its done a little more well thought out. Sometimes not thought out enough and they get caught!

True or not, this creep Berlusconi will buy his way out of it. He always does but he's quite popular in Italy and again,so was Benito Mussolini up until 1940 when he plunged Italy into WW2 on the side of Germany!
