Really! Sue! That is absurd lady, you fell because of your own clumsy, stupidity. It was funny – laugh at! Move on and stop being creedy. I am sure your "Daddy" and attorney secretly laughed as well. Grow up!

Public videos are public information. You have three options: 1. don't go out. 2. Go out, and don't do stupid things. 3. Do what she did!!!

That was funny. My entire office stopped to see it and laughed at it. However, what if this stupid woman would have been driving like many do? She could have killed herself and others. So do not text and walk. Stop, find a place and text. As for her plans to sue, there were no witness to see the accident. Now that she went public everyone knows and all her friends can laugh too. I would have kept quiet and go on

"I'm gonna sue cuz you laughed at me!" 2nd grade reaction. Obviously she hasn't grown up. I feel for her family having to deal with her!

IThese people who don't pay attention to what they are doing or don't pay attention to where they are going while doing these things, such as texting or talking on their cellphones while driving, are at fault. They need to blame themselves when an accident occurs. She is also at fault for suing the mall. Falling into the fountain water was her fault, not theirs.

Stories like this tha make CNN is shameful..This idiot falling into the fountain was her own stupid fault.. For her to cry out about the video being posted and that noone helped her out of the fountain is the most riduclious cry out that I have in a long time...Ever hear the saying cant chew gum and walk @ the sametime..Shouldnt walk or text @ the sametime you'll end up in the fountain!!! Dumb *##!!!!!!!!! What an idiot.. This is NOT news to be on The Morning Show, CNN etc, this is something to be on one of those.. Amercian's Dumbest People shows...

when I first read article was not sure of opinion, upon seeing video & and listening to her comment I have to agree with above comment re: her texting on the street, she would be dead if that was the case. And she needs to lighten up a bit,you have to admit it was quite funny

STUUUUUUPID! how could anyone not laugh at the sight of such stupidity.the only thing worse then her decision to not look where shes going is her decision to A)do interview and B) sue someone else for her own inability to look where she is going. but to me the the fact that she calls her husband daddy is the most disturbing part!

Again–if the idiot woman never came forward, no one would know who she was.
How did the people in her family know that was her?
How did they "randomly" find the video online?
Crocodile tears. She's looking for money.
And she'll probably get some to make her go away.

Sorry for her? Really. She should laugh at herself and move on. This is a clear reason texting while driving is a bad idea. She couldn't even walk and text. LOLOLOL.

Oh, come on! She did something stupid, and now she wants to sue because everyone knows about it? This didn't stop her from wailing her case on national TV and dropping her "I was answering a text from church" card. For someone who claimed she needed hand-patting help, she sure bailed out of that fountain fast. She should be thankful she didn't take anyone else with her, or that she didn't kill someone while texting and driving. This supposed 'adult' needs to swallow her pride, take responsibility for her actions and GROW UP.

she needs to face reality. she was not looking out for her own safety. she needs to laugh and learn from this mistake. she could have broken an arm or leg, or fell over a small child. would that have been her fault? what really concerned me to write is that, she said she called her dad, and told him what happened,"ON HER WAY TO WORK". does this mean she passes this water fountain everyday she works, and didnt know it was there? how come she didnt hear the water of the water fall? if she knew it was there! was it an accident or not? as long as she walks and texts, she can count on these things happening. she is totally responsible for the accident she caused.
