I don't believe that the Anthony woman was in her right mind when she killed her daughter. How could she? How can any parent?
Dexter, Casey wanted to kill Caylee because she did not want to be a mother. She NEVER wanted Caylee and she also wanted an abortion but Cindy would not let her.
Casey preplanned to kill Caylee, this was no accident.
Unfortunately we think that a mother can't be in their right mind to do something to a child but that is not the case here.
Just because you gave birth does not mean you have that maternal instinct that we so want to believe every mother has.She was out partying and shopping with her daughter missing which showed no sign of love for this child.She has lied multiple times (she had enough mind to do that) and has tried to play the role but everyone (including her family) knows she killed Caylee.It's time that someone speaks for Caylee she did not deserve to die and Casey had other options her actions are inexcuseable. If our justice system would make people take responsiblity for their actions instead of trying to find excuses for them this world would be a much better place.It's not insanity it is a choice and she made a terrible one.
Hope to god you are not a lawyer or judge for a living ! How can you say wasn't in her right mind.? Obviously she is screwed in the head and that can never be fixed! She should have a mandatory hysterectomy – so she can never reproduce.

I think Jessica is right. My opinion, she WAS in her right mind-premeditated. But you know lawyers, her defense will say she was off her rocker and puff, insanity.

THE TRUTH IS THAT SHE DID NOT EVEN REPORT HER MISSING DAUGHTER TO THE POLICE. SHE WAS OUT PARTYING AND
HER ACTIONS DON'T LIE. I HOPE THE PEOPLE DON'T FORGET ABOUT CAYLEE SHE IS THE ONE THIS IS ABOUT A POOR DEFENSELESS CHILD.
In order to solve this it would have to be Casey that did so. BUT, my thought on the whole thing is that she enjoyed partying so much that she could use the chloriform to knock the child out, cover her mouth with tape so that if she woke up no one would hear her and place her in the trunk of her car while she partied. That way she could have fun and still go out and check on her every hour or so convincing herself that the baby was just sleeping. Something terrible went wrong probably with the chloriform so she raced the next day borrowed a shovel placed her in a grave somewhere temporarily and then moved her to the empty lot later. She's a monster!!!!

My client Casey Anthony must have due process. Ms. Anthony was taking anti-depressants at the time of the alleged crime. She has a history of suicidal tendencies. She cannot get a fair trial due to the national unfair publicity. I make a motion that she be tried in another state or that all charges be dropped.
No matter where you take this trial everyone has seen it! I live in Canada and have been following it since the beginning. That waste of skin had no right to ever call her self a mother. Dam rights she was in her right mind, she had the nerve to go out partying in a month she didn't report her missing? She didn't know what she was doing? Really, she is such a malicious bit&h, when all she had to do was leave Caylee with her parents and not return herself! OMG anyone in their right mind who thinks she has an ounce of honestly, guilt, remorse or sadness (other than for herself) should be in there with her. What has the world come to when a defense lawyer can defend someone who has killed their child? I don't think everyone has to right to a fair trial....unless they get a bunch of idiots on the jury, she won't have a chance. I hope she rots in jail. My daughter is the same age Caylee would have been, breaks my heart to think some monster could do that! Not everyone has a right to have child and apparently Cindy Anthony shouldn't have had hers. Its sickening that her family covers for her and sticks up for her....really? How could you even look at her face again? There is no help for someone who harms or kills a child....especially their own.
Due process would have been carrying out the suicidal tendencies instead of turning homicidal on her own child. So whatever helps you sleep at night go for it! Antidepressants? seriously? half the country could get off with that excuse – You're welcome to try the case here in TN or better yet TX. They don't screw around there.
I have to agree with JanafromCanada. I mean that mother is a "waste of skin" as Jana said. What she did is unthinkable.
I've been following this case very closely from it's beginning as well, and I'm recalling reading that Casey DID NOT want Cindy to have custody of Caylee. But you know what's terrible..Casey's former friend Amy offered to adopt Caylee, but Cindy wouldn't let that happen either!!!!!!!!!!! Casey's maternal grandmother, Shirley Plesea said it right when she said "Maybe Casey hated Cindy more than she loved Caylee"!!! That says it all, actuallly..sums it up very nicely!!!! JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The phrase it is a good day to die I'd from little big man. The old indian chief says it all the time. I think they are really making a big deal of nothing.
She put the trash in the car trying to cover up the smell. She also used the excuse of a dead squirrel when a friend noticed the smell. She is soooooooo guilty!!!!!!!! She killed her daughter and dumped with the help of no one.
It has become completely clear that Casey Anthony has been tried on CNN, and Fox News with commentators inserting their opinion about her guilt every few minutes. To say the very least this is an outrage. We all deserve the opportunity to get a fair trail based on the facts of the case. Not the opinions of popular news channels. She has been declared guilty for months. How could she possibly get a fair trial? This is no way. There is no concrete proof that I can see, and the release of information by the prosecutor, and the mere opinions of commentators have made it impossible.
Since this is the case I must call for either proof of her guilt by the prosecution, or drop the charges.
